Straw-yellow with greenish reflections. Rich, fine and persistent perlage.

Fresh, floral, fruity with hints of acacia flowers, apricot and green apple.

Fresh and sapid. Pleasantly acidic thanks to the citrus note enhanced by the flavour of green apple.

IDEAL PAIRING

Perfect as an aperitif, it is also excellent throughout the whole meal.

PRODUCTION AREA

The grapes come from vineyards in the provinces of Venice and Treviso.

VINIFICATION

The base wine is stored at a controlled temperature of 10-12° C in stainless steel tanks, and bubbles are added as needed to obtain a product that is always fresh.
When the bubbles are added it is fermented in a pressurised tank at 15-16° C and then stored at 0° C for at least 30 days. Only then is it filtered and bottled.
